It is also understood that GFORCE Media Productions is not responsible for the misuse of copyrighted material & waives all liabilities to the use of copyrighted music, sound effects and imaging effects. Demos are intended for personal audition purposes only and are not to be sold or made available to the general public. All monies received are for editing and mixing services, not for music or sound effect reproduction. All rights for editing and mixing services are reserved. The rights of the production companies and original music artists and their member labels retain all of their royalties from their copyright holders and/or BMI, ASCAP or SOCAN.  GFORCE Media Productions will not divulge the identities of Demo authors and subjects, however, we will not accept any responsibility outside of our general control.
